I have three profiles already on this laptop as I have attempted to solve the problem according to recommendations, but no luck. These are user profiles- and I have tried sending thru each profile but no luck-- these are not necessarioy MicroSoft outlookprofiles. You're using web mail, which doesn't have a client.

Thus, the Send To shortcut can't work. You must send the document by first opening a new message on Google Mail and then attaching the document. Do you use an installed mail client like Thunderbird, Office Outlook, or Windows Live Mail, or do you use a web browser to access these mailboxes?
