The basics: File Server running windows Server R2 - part of AD Domain Folder on said server had is "Domain Users - Full Control" permissions set to Deny by one of my admins I have tried to take ownership and set ACLs with icacls and get "Access is Denied" at every turn I have tried creating a new domain admin that is not a member of the domain users group - it is still unable to access the files i have tried logging into the server with the local administrator - it is also unable to affect any changes - getting access is denied in CMD and Powershell i cant even run get-acls in powershell without getting access errors i am hoping someone has some ideas I'm about out.
