Regarding method 1, I have not changed my systems startup configuration since my PC was fine and didn't randomly shutdown as far as I know, because I didn't install new software since then. And the fact that the the PC only randomly shuts down in an average monthly interval, disabling the services, namely Adobe, Apache, Intel, Google, HP, etc will affect me working on my PC.

I doubt I have the time to experiment with method 1. But I might try it some time if I am free the whole month. Thank you for updating the status of the issue. Every now and then the computer will just black screen and restart.
